The next day found us in Williams, AZ, at the KOA.
Looks like the smile thing is back again...
Canyon Railway depot in Williams is part of an old hotel.
They have (or did then) a false front cowboy town, and cowboys had a
shoot-em-up before the train left for the Grand Canyon South Rim.
This is an old REA delivery wagon.
|On board the train there are singing
cowboys, and dulcimer playing ones like this. There is also free
Coca-Cola for the passengers. It is a great ride up to the Grand
Canyon, but there isn't AC on the old cars. Coke was survival
